The panel will discuss the difficulties that GCs may encounter in addressing the legal challenges faced by their respective companies and industries, such as information security, data privacy, reputational risks, technological developments, changes in laws and regulations, among others. The panel will also address efforts made by GCs to promote the legal profession within their respective legal department, through company-sponsored initiatives and through efforts outside of their companies. Finally, the panel will discuss qualities important for the advancement and development of future leaders within their respective departments.
