This panel will focus on the dynamics of how diversity and inclusion are defined within an organization, through a discussion highlighting how the term applies to the internal structure, executives, staff, and members of any corporation, law firm, or organization (both for-profit and not-for-profit). Furthermore, the panel will examine how the knowledge and application of diversity and inclusion rules extend to establishing a multicultural client base. For example, we will discuss how such rules can help attract Asian clients. These and many other issues within the realm of diversity and inclusion will be explored with the speakers on this panel, which include Law Firm and Corporate Diversity directors.
