New York
AABANY is recognized by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited CLE Provider.

Each CLE-eligible session is approved for a maximum of 1.5 NY CLE credits. Each program listing will indicate the category of credit and appropriateness for transitional New York attorneys.

New York CLE credits are accepted on a reciprocal basis by Alaska, California, Colorado*, Connecticut*1, Florida*, Maine*, New Hampshire, New Jersey2, and North Dakota. Certain other states, such as Rhode Island,  allow the participant to request individual approval for out-of-state CLE activities on their own behalf; we will assist you with your application. Please obtain a Uniform CLE certificate from us for these states. Certain programs may satisfy Law Society of Ontario CPD requirements in Canada*3.

Pennsylvania
This program (286873) has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for a maximum of 7.50 CLE credit hours (1.50 E, 7.50 S).  Please download the credit request form here and submit with the appropriate fee ($1.50 per credit) and a copy of your conference CLE certificate to receive Pennsylvania credit.
