Theresa K. Mohan is the General Counsel and Secretary of Exela Technologies, a 22,000+ employee, NASDAQ-listed technology-enabled business process outsourcing company. Exela was formed in July 2017 through the combination of three entities, Quinparrio – a special purpose acquisition corporation listed on NASDAQ — and two privately-held companies, Novitex and SourceHOV. Prior to Exela, Theresa served as the General Counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer of Novitex. Prior to joining Novitex, Theresa held several senior legal positions with IBM. She began her legal career at Simpson, Thacher, & Bartlett. Theresa received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from College of the Holy Cross and a J.D. from Fordham Law. Theresa also serves on the board of ShelterBox USA, a non-profit providing emergency shelter and vital supplies to support communities around the world overwhelmed by disaster and humanitarian crises.
