Kenneth E. Lee is a founding partner of Levine Lee LLP, a prominent litigation boutique. Levine Lee handles complex business litigation and white collar criminal matters, especially for clients in crisis situations. Mr. Lee has acquired a reputation for developing creative strategies and solutions in particularly challenging litigation matters and investigations. The National Law Journal has written that he combines “a sense of credibility” with “zealous” advocacy. He has argued cases in numerous federal and state trial and appellate courts around the country. His practice encompasses litigation involving securities, commodities, mergers and acquisitions, derivative and class actions, trade secrets and fiduciary duty, as well as investigations for Boards of Directors and Special Litigation Committees.

Mr. Lee is a graduate of Harvard College, where he received the LeBaron Russell Briggs Prize for oratory and the Charles Eliot Thesis Prize, and the University of Chicago Law School, where he received the Thomas Mulroy Prize for oral advocacy and the Tony Patiño Fellowship. After graduating from law school, he joined Cravath, Swaine & Moore. He has been recognized as a Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation and served as a Trustee of the Museum of the City of New York.
