Ms. Jil Galloway serves as SVP and Chief Administration Officer for Mitsubishi International Corporation where she has worked for more than 30 years. She was promoted to lead the HR function in 2008 and expanded her area of responsibility to include general administration, facilities management & security in early 2013. Throughout her career, she has become an expert in labor law, organizational development, cross-cultural management, immigration law and employee benefits. She currently provides strategic direction for organizational change, compensation & benefits, employee relations, talent management, etc. for all offices throughout North America, totaling approximately 6000 employees.

Ms. Galloway graduated from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas with a Bachelor’s degree in Education. She is a member of SHRM, the Council for Global Immigration, and International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. She is also a certified employee benefits specialist.
