Ginny Kim manages the career rotational program for UTC attorneys worldwide. In addition, Ginny advances UTC’s recruitment of legal talent, provides individual career guidance and coaching, and develops skills training and professional development programs. As Litigation Counsel, Ginny oversees litigation strategies on significant litigation matters involving UTC businesses. Ginny joined UTC in 2000, as a Pratt & Whitney staff attorney, and has since held legal management roles of increasing responsibility at various UTC business units (Sikorsky, UTC Aerospace Systems, Otis, and back at Pratt). Prior to joining UTC, Ginny practiced corporate law at Dewey Ballantine and LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene and MacRae. She received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. in Sociology from Harvard University. Until recently, Ginny served on the Board of Directors for Foodshare, Inc., the regional food bank for Hartford and Tolland Counties in Connecticut. Ginny’s current community project is the establishment of a community-owned, multi-generational health and wellness aquatic center in her hometown.
